Designs are completed in 3-5 business days. Rush orders are processed in 1-2 business days however availability is limited.
Files Policy
When providing pictures for designs, please email to idreamofcustom@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We require high quality, clean images only. We DO NOT accept images with watermarks, excessive filters that distort the look.
What You Receive
You will receive high quality files of your approved design. Files are provided in jpg and pdf formats via email only to maintain quality.
Fan designs are provided in png format, perfect for cutting on a craft machine (ex. Cricut)
Poster Design Pack: You will receive the design in 3 sizes. Files will be printable at 4x6, 11x14, 16x20 and 20x30
